Amazing sea views are to be taken in from this first floor luxurious apartment (with lift access) next to the sea in Minnis Bay on Kent’s North coast, just 10 minute’s drive from Margate. Stunning sunsets across the bay in the evenings and still close to many of Kent’s highlights. The art-deco inspired building gives a contemporary luxurious feel and provides some excellent balcony space to make the most of the ocean setting. The awarded blue flag beach is well kept and a stones throw from the apartment.

The Apartment

The apartment has an open plan kitchen and dining area that looks out to sea, the kitchen is well equipped and the dining area has seating for up to 6. The spacious lounge has the ocean views too with access to the balcony, including flat-screen digital TV and large sofa-bed for the 5th and 6th guests if required (charges apply). The decking spans across 2 sides of the property showcasing a panoramic scene of the coast with views across to the fort at Reculver. The master bedroom features an en-suite shower room with w/c and basin, there is a double bed, again with great views out to sea. The second twin bedroom spaciously accommodates twin single beds.  There is a large family bathroom with bath, w/c and basin. One private parking space is included and free street parking can be found in the adjacent road if required. Free Wifi internet included.

The Location

This historic area forms part of the Viking Trail and is close to the ancient Reculver Towers which were a part of an ancient Roman Fort. A tarmacked promenade runs along this part of the coastline linking many of the coastal towns and the bay has its own sailing club. The region is a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and abounds with protected species from birds to flowers. A range of pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance of the apartment. The nearby coastal towns of Margate, Ramsgate and Herne Bay provide plenty of days out including the Turner Gallery and historic Canterbury is a fascinating trip with some great shopping too! This is a such a prime location by the sea!
