The Cottage

The upper level has a vaulted light and airy lounge, it is huge with a high atrium and, looking out the glass paneled front, offers a unique sea view which gets even better when you step out onto the balcony. There is a double bedroom with king-size bed and additional sofa bed, which has a luxury en-suite with bath/shower, WC and basin. Also on this level, there is a large twin bedroom, a further bedroom including bunk beds as well as another bathroom with bath/shower, WC and basin. Downstairs there is a large kitchen, utility, dining, second lounge area with direct access out onto a veranda which leads down to the garden and the beach. There is a double bedroom, a large twin bedroom and a luxury Villeroy and Boch family bathroom with bath/shower, WC and basin. All bathrooms include underfloor heating.

The Location

Claremont Beach House is next to the beach at Greatstone-on-Sea on the Kent’s Southerly coast. New Romney is the nearest town and has the lovely Miniture Steam Railway that takes you through to Hythe. There are a good selection of shops and a choice of restaurants and pubs in the town. The Pilot at nearby Lydd-on-Sea is one of the best Fish and Chip restaurants known in the UK and within walking distance for the fit. Kent has many attractions, but you will probably want to spend your time at the beach side or eating alfesco at this fantastic venue!
