The Location

Riddled in history, this area forms part of the Viking Trail and is close to the imposing Reculver Towers which were part of an ancient Roman Fort. A tarmaced cycle path/promenade runs along this part of the coastline linking many of the towns and the bay has its own sailing club. The area is a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and abounds with wildlife. A range of pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. The nearby coastal towns of Margate, Ramsgate and Herne Bay will take you back in time and historic Canterbury will take you back a lot further! The Turner Gallery is a good trip out and just a few minutes up the coast in Margate. This will be quite hard to beat for those seeking a quality property by the sea.
