The cottage is a brand new conversion with all the latest mod cons. It is located adjacent to a footpath so great for walking with 2 woods encircling the property. There are also lots of cycling paths for cycling. There is one dedicated parking space for the cottage but room beside it for further cars. Electric car charging facility. (Charge applies) Guests can use the garden which includes a unique fruit garden with peaches, apricots, pears, figs and many other fruits. Please note there is an unfenced pond in the garden so children would need to be supervised at all times. The views are stunning across to the North Downs!

The Cottage

The cottage has a ground floor open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with quality fixtures and furnishings. There is a good size shower room with shower, w/c and basin. Upstairs has a spacious king-sized bedroom each end of the cottage with a second bathroom between them with bath, w/c and basin. The ground floor benefits from underfloor heating and the up-stairs radiators. There is a utility room next to the front door with a washing machine, tumble dryer and space for storing boots and coats.

This brand new cottage for 2020 is situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. You are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood are also very close. Excellent access to London, by road or train!
