The Cottage
The ground floor has a good sized, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The large lounge, dinning area is nicely furnished with leather sofa, colour TV, which includes 40 channels and a DVD player. There is also a w/c with basin on this level. The rear garden is private and is ideal for barbeques. The master bedroom has ensuite shower and basin. Good storage facilities! There are 2 good sized single bedded rooms, one of which has internet access and an office desk. A family bathroom with bath,shower over. W/c and basin completes the accomodation.
The Location
East Malling is a pretty little village with its own water mill, 2 pubs, train station and small supermarket. Many National Trust properties are within easy reach including Leeds Castle, Ightham Mote and Knowle.The neighbouring village of West Malling has a great range of restaurants and pubs. Nearby Maidstone, Kents County Town has plenty to offer.
