Dering Oast is located on the outskirts of one of Kents prettiest villages, Smarden. You are within walking distance of the village pubs and post office. Many films have been made in various properties in the area including Darling Buds of May. Nearby Tenterden and Headcorn offer a great choice of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There is a mainline station from Headcorn or nearby Pluckley and a steam railway to Bodiam Castle from Tenterden. Good central base for all of Kents many attracions.
