Field Cottage, Smarden
Field Cottage offers an excellent standard of accommodation boasting many features found in 5 star properties.There is wheelchair access throughout and the bath/shower room is suitable for wheelchair users or the elderly. Underfloor heating, full sky tv package, Bicycles and fishing lake available. You can even bring your own horse and use the sand school. Electricity is included except for the underfloor heating which is by £1 metre. Very reasonable. New build with good insulation!

Nearby Tenterden has a great range of quality restaurants to choose from, 2 supermarkets, antique shops and more. There is good access to all parts of Kent from this central location. Headcorn mainline station is just 3 miles away.Eurotunnel to France is just 25 minutes by car
