Also downstairs is a bathroom and a living room with great views across the valley towards Godmersham Park where Jane Austen once lived. Upstairs 2 very spacious timbered bedrooms each with a double and single bed overlook fields and the North Downs. The garden boasts a lovely outdoor swimming pool which can be used by arrangement.
The Location
The property is set within excellent walking and riding country and rides can be arranged at local stables. The historic City of Canterbury is within easy reach, approximately nine miles away and there are good rail links with London from Ashford, six miles away, or from Wye, three miles away. The Channel ports and coastal resorts are easily accessible by road and rail, making day trips to France possible.
