This stunning award winning barn conversion dating back to the 1800’s is situated on the grounds of the Littles Manor Farmhouse which was originally mentioned in the Doomsday book. It is beautifully furnished with special features from all over the world with much love and detail. There is a private patio in the rear overlooking fields. This cottage oozes class and no expense was spared.
The Cottage
Open plan lounge and kitchen with beautiful beams and brickwork. Wooden floors throughout. The country kitchen is well equipped.The lounge displays a dining table with chairs, a sofa, a reading chair and an oriental sideboard as well as a cosy wood burner. Large colour television and video. The hallway leads to a bathroom with bath, separate shower, w.c., wash basin and bidet and is painted in a lovely turquoise colour. Further down the hall you will find a tasteful bedroom with a King-size French sleigh bed and dressing table and a built in wardrobe. A french door leads to the private patio with table and chairs.
The Location

Littles Manor Barn is located close to Faversham with its ancient Saxon shore way, Shepherd Neame Brewery, St Judes Shrine, Admiral Nelsons former dockyard along with great pubs and restaurants and what must be the best farm shop offering International delicatessen in England! The seaside is only minutes away. Fancy a day trip to France? It is only a 30 minute drive to the Channel tunnel or Dover for the ferry. An ideal location for golfing, riding, fishing and walking. Nearby historic sites, stately homes and gardens.
