Farnley Little Barn, Nr Canterbury
This stunning 200-year-old barn conversion is an ideal base for touring, sightseeing and birdwatching. It has been converted with much love to a very high standard. All rooms have a wealth of oak beams and the bedroom windows being copies of the original oak mullions with internal shutters. Good views across the downs can be enjoyed. The barn is situated in a large garden with a secluded area at the rear with table & chairs. There is ample parking, with one covered space & lockable storage for bicycles. Use of adjoining orchard.

Upstairs: Two beautiful bedrooms, one double and one twin overlooking the orchard. Bathroom with bath and power shower over, hand basin and toilet.
The Location
Farnley Little Barn is situated in the small peaceful hamlet of Crundale, which is 2 miles from Wye and 8 miles from both Canterbury and Ashford. The Pilgrims Way and North Down Way, long distance footpaths are nearby including the Wye Downs walk near the Chalk Crown. There is a good local pub one and a half miles away, while a range of shops, pubs and a post office are available in Wye.
The coast of Kent is about half an hours drive.
