The Cottage
The upper level has a great light and airy lounge. It is huge and offers a great view out to the sea. This gets even better when you step out onto the balcony. There is a Double bedroom with Kingsize bed and additional sofa bed, which includes a luxury ensuite with bath, shower over, w/c and basin. There is a large twin bedrooom and a further bedroom is on this level offering Bunk beds. Downstairs offers a huge kitchen, utility, dining, second lounge area with direct access out onto a veranda and then into the garden and the beach. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a luxury Villeroy and Boch bathroom with bath, shower over, w/c and basin, family bathroom. All bathrooms have underfloor heating.
The Location
Claremont Beach House is next to the beach at Greatstone-on-Sea on the South Kent coast. New Romney is the nearest town and has the lovely Miniture Steam Railway that takes you through to Hythe. There is a good selection of shops and a choice of restaurants and pubs in the town. The Pilot at nearby Lydd on Sea is one of the best Fish and Chip restaurants known in the UK and is within walking distance for the fit.Kent has very many attractions but most will want to spend their time at the beach side or eating alfesco at this lovely venue.
